The item is in D) Used, Fair cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. There are several dents on the top of the lid. There are noticeable scuffs on the back cover. (SEE PICTURES)All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in Fair condition. There are bright spots on the screen that correspond with the dents on the top of the lid. The spots are only visible on a white or light colored screen. (SEE PICTURES)I was able to power on the PC using an in-house power supply and get into the BIOS. I was able to load a temporary Linux Mint operating system to test the PC. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi. Touchscreen, Backlit Keyboard, Speakers, Camera, Microphone, Headphone jack, Bluetooth, SD Card reader, HDMI, USB-C and USB ports are working. The original operating system is missing. Battery charges and holds a charge but is untested. In the Bios the battery health is “Good”. The life of the battery is not guaranteed. Does not come with a power supply.
